Tablets Vitamins
If you take vitamin tablets does it effect your bodys own production of vitamins?
i.e Your Body produces its own calcium. If you take calcium tablets does it reduce your body producing its own?
If you don’t produce calcium how come my friends gran produced too much calcium and her blood pretty much turned into rock?
No your body does not “produce” vitamins. With very few exceptions, it gets them totally from what you eat and drink, so taking vitamins is totally OK. In fact, these days, it’s a very good idea. Even the American Medical Association has finally started recommending the practice.
