Does anybody have a copy of the medical weight loss diet?
I’m stuggling with losing weight and am looking for the medical weight loss diet? Please help.
The original “Medical Weight Loss Diet” was basically a medium carbohydrates diet that allowed about 60 carb per day. The key to the diet was the boredom. It called for the same food pretty much everyday.
If you are really looking for the best weight loss diet, I suggest doing what this mom did, combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best diet result
